At Big Sky Nanny, we know how important it is for you to find the absolute BEST nanny for your children. We only accept the most qualified and experienced nanny candidates into our agency. Every applicant we screen must meet or exceed the strict minimum qualifications we require in order to continue the placement process. Each nanny we place has extensive knowledge of child safety, development, age-appropriate activities, and traditional nanny duties.
Our Vision
The Basic Qualifications We Require Every Candidate to Meet or Exceed Are:
At least 2 years of nanny and/or professional childcare experience with excellent references (most of our nannies have at least 5 years of experience)
Certified in Infant and Child CPR and First Aid or be willing to get certified within the first month of employment. They must also agree to renew when expired
Must have a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, full-coverage auto insurance and a great driving record
Must pass our thorough criminal background check
Must be at least 18 years old and a High School graduate or passed GED
Must be legally allowed to work in the United States
