We meet with every family we work with in their home and conduct an in-depth interview. It is important to us to get to know both the nannies we place and the families we work for on a personal level to help us really get to know them and enable to us to make the best recommendation possible. We are also able to be sure they are offering a safe and comfortable work environment before placing a nanny with their family.
We have worked as nannies, babysitters, and household managers ourselves so we know the hard work and dedication professional nannies place in their childcare positions. We respect you and the amazing job you do – we know it’s not easy and are here for you every step of the way.

Your job is to be a great nanny. Our job is to make sure families see that. We create a custom application file for you that highlights your strengths, your recent and relevant experience and education, and your unique skills.
We’ll work with you and the family to make sure your placement begins with a written employment agreement outlining all of the job description and expectations and meets both your needs and the family’s.
Our relationship doesn’t end when you accept a job. We are here to help you get settled into your new position, offer support, and help with any issues that may arise in the future. We also offer continuing education opportunities throughout the year and seasonal newsletters with community events, interesting articles, recipes and project ideas.
